I bought a bunch of these watches as a gift for my friends. Unfortunately, one of them was damaged. I contacted your customer support and they were quick to respond on my email. They asked me for a couple of details (which part of the watch were damaged and a photo/video showing the damage). So I did sent them what they asked me to and within a few minutes, they told me their going to send me a new one for free. Awesome service, right?
